I found two grey hairs just now. Two. I turned them teal. But two! How many will there be by next year?
And there's a new line beside my right eye. I'm sure it wasn't there before.
I hadn't ever thought about getting old, really, but there it is. I expect now I'll spend the rest of my life metamorphing into a younger-looking me.

Date: 2012-09-18 10:30 pm (UTC)And I'm sure staying perpetually young has a certain appeal, but I've found that a few lines and grey hairs adds character. Then again, I don't suppose I'd feel the same if I could blink it away!

Are they a series, then? Which one comes first?

Date: 2012-09-19 04:52 am (UTC)And there's no particular order. They're just all set in the same general time period. I suppose Persuasion ought to be saved until last -- it has that sort of theme of late love rediscovered -- and I think Sense and Sensibility was written first. I hope you like them.
